About this Calculator
The NC Cotton Variety Performance Calculator is designed to assist producers with evaluating cotton variety performance, based on a range of selection criteria. This online calculator includes multi-year and multi-environment replicated data from the NCSU Official Variety Trials and the NC On-Farm Cotton Variety Evaluation Programs. Together, they offer producers a complete platform to evaluate the performance of cotton varieties in North Carolina soils. Dr. Guy Collins and Dr. Keith Edmisten developed the calculator, with technical expertise from NC State Extension Information Technology. We would like to thank our supporters mentioned below, NCSU county agents, consultants, research stations, and cooperating growers for their participation and support of these valuable programs.
